About the Pituitary Gland Reflex Zone
The pituitary gland is often called the "master gland" because it controls many other hormone-producing glands in the body. Its reflex zone is located at the center of the big toe. Stimulating this zone is believed to help regulate hormonal balance and support the endocrine system.
